After years working in the sports coaching world, I saw first-hand how powerful early movement and play can be for a child’s development, and how much potential there is to extend that learning beyond traditional sessions.
Whether it’s supporting children who thrive in sport and want more, or giving a gentler introduction to those who may not feel ready for group settings, I wanted to create something that lays strong foundations early on – just like parents do with words and numbers.
That’s why I created the first and only home sports practice guides designed for simple, one-to-one play between parent and child. It’s sport made accessible – from your garden or local park.
This is a great idea of getting toddlers active and helping with their coordination, when running and catching etc. The book is easy to read and understand with a good range of activities. I will be buying other books in the series in the near future.
